Crisis

A professional in commission in Montreal for 3 months called a real estate broker to assist him in his search for a corporate apartment. He found an apartment in a residential tower near his workplace.

He moved in, but after only a week, when he was trying to enter the building, he was denied access. His magnetic card had been deactivated. The doorman explained to him that rentals of less than 6 months were not permitted in this building. If this rule was broken, the person loses his right of access to the building without notice. The real estate broker and the owner of the apartment had ignored the rules and had not informed the client.

It was therefore urgent that the broker find another apartment, the same evening, for his client.

Solution

It is in this context of urgency that the real estate broker called GESTHAB. He had already called us in the past for other customers who were very satisfied with our apartments and the service provided.

We were able to welcome his client the same evening in one of our apartments located in a building even closer to his workplace and in which rentals of 31 days or more were authorized.
